Return Process

  Log into your Hiprotech account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the returned unit to verify its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
